I have used bathrooms continental for my last 3 bathrooms the reason for this is the professionalism shown by sales staff and fitters from beginning to completion.The standard of work is fantastic. The fitters are friendly and take great care to clean up each day until completion. The finished result is great and we would and have recommended this company to our neighbours and friends whom after seeing our bathrooms have also used this company. We recently had our bathroom refurbished by Bathrooms Continental and we are delighted with the finish. In the first instance, we were very impressed by the showroom staff who helped us to choose a suitable plan and provided a start date, which was honoured. The tradesmen who carried out the work kept us fully informed on a daily basis and cleared up any debris throughout the day. On completion of the work, the project manager asked us to inform him of any problems to be addressed. Having contacted four other companies prior to Bathroom Continental, it was fifth time lucky and we definitely made the right choice. We would highly recommend Bathroom Continental for their professionalism and the quality of their products and workmanship.

Had our bathroom completed 4 weeks ago by bathrooms Continental can't praise them enough from the moment we went into the showroom we were made to feel very welcome and the staff couldn't do enough to help us pick our bathroom. staff were all pleasant and friendly. special thanks to all the team at bathrooms Continental/kitchens and to Rosa for helping us through the process so we had everything we wanted and to brian and Mark for there outstanding work amazing job from start to finish nothing was every a problem for them to give us the vision we had for our bathroom. After having a bathroom and en suite completed in our house, we cannot recommend Bathrooms Continental enough and will to anyone thinking about a new bathroom. We are delighted with the bathrooms and the end results are stunning. From point of sale to completion, we were made to feel like nothing was an issue and that our custom mattered. The fitters and tilers have done an amazing job and were pleasant, courteous and very tidy throughout the whole process. Rosa also spent time with us getting the design just right and I finally have a luxurious and enjoyable shower.. This has been an enjoyable and stress free experience for us with great results. We bought some lovely bathroom furniture from here. Great service, very chatty helpful staff, great information. After that I began ordering other (smaller) items online, only to be let down by 'stock issues' or other excuses such as 'our systems are down, so you won't get it when we said you would'. So I cancelled any orders and went back to Bathrooms Continental. Within minutes Danny had made a couple of phone calls and everything I needed was delivered to their store within a couple of days. Brilliant!

We have just had our bathroom fitted by Derek and Dougie and could not be happier with the levels of their service. Nothing was a bother to them. They have went above and beyond to ensure our bathroom is exactly how we want it to be. They were always on time, didn't mess around and got the job done in just over a week. We would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Great company to deal with.

Had my en suite completely refitted and a partial upgrade done on my bathroom recently and received excellent service from my first conversations with Marie and Graeme in the showroom, Roy for the design and Jon for the project management through to the fitting completion. Special mention to Martin and John who did the en suite and Derek who did the bathroom. All completed in the timescales advised, professional, clean and courteous to balancing the noise levels as I was working from home during the work. Definitely recommend.

Just had our bathroom completely redesigned by Bathrooms Continental and we are totally delighted with the results. From entering the showroom to the point of completion nothing was a bother to any staff member. We were given a start date that suited us and were contacted by phone or in person several times before that, to make sure we were happy with the products we had chosen. Fitters arrived bang on time as did the rest of the team as the work progressed. Great bunch of guys, so polite and knowledgeable. Result... We have a stunning new bathroom!
